Ryan's Caravans has a return policy. We want you to be confident in your purchase from us and our after sales service. We accept returns as stated below.

1) Incorrect Item Supplied: If we make an error we will fix it and pay all costs. This includes that if we send you the wrong product, we will send you the correct product or refund your money. We will also reimburse you for the freight charges should they apply.

2) Warranty Issues:  Manufacturers warranty applies to most items and the warranty can vary, generally a 12 month period applies to appliances and 3 months for spare parts. If you have a warranty problem during this period please contact us. Warranty on items is usually repair or replace as decided by the manufacturer/importer. You are responsible for getting the goods to us including freight.

Manufacturers warranty does not cover freight damage. Freight Damage Insurance is offered at the checkout. When making a Manufacturers Warranty Claim, you are responsible for returning the product to Ryan's Caravans. If the product is deemed to have no fault, then you will need to pay the freight to have the product returned to you. 

Some of our Suppliers/Importers will have their own warranty policy on products.  We are happy to discuss this.
